Usage Stats
Usage shows how much of your plan is being used.
The dashboard includes:
- storage used
- storage remaining
- monthly delivery used
- available delivery remaining
- prepaid delivery remaining
- current plan limit
- project count and project limit
- total assets and folders
- active API keys
- media breakdown by file type
- largest projects by storage
The same workspace summary is available to an API key with assets:read:
const baseUrl = "https://stashr.dev";
const apiKey = process.env.STASHR_API_KEY;
const projectId = process.env.STASHR_PROJECT_ID || "";
const folderId = process.env.STASHR_FOLDER_ID || "";
const assetId = process.env.STASHR_ASSET_ID || "";
const authHeaders = { Authorization: "Bearer " + apiKey };const response = await fetch(baseUrl + "/api/v1/usage", {
method: "GET",
headers: authHeaders
});
if (!response.ok) throw new Error(await response.text());
console.log(await response.json());Why It Matters
Uploads can be rejected when a workspace reaches its storage limit or project limit. Public delivery pauses when a workspace uses its included monthly delivery and has no prepaid delivery remaining. Prepaid delivery carries across months and is only used after the monthly allowance runs out. Check Usage before large imports, launches, or when an integration starts failing uploads.
Reducing Usage
- Delete assets you no longer need.
- Delete unused projects after checking their contents.
- Avoid storing original images unless you need them.
- Review top delivery projects before large public launches.
- Add prepaid delivery before campaigns or traffic spikes.
- Upgrade when a workspace needs more storage or more projects.
