Upload Rejected

Check that you selected a project. Stashr does not allow uploads to the workspace root.

Also check your plan. Free workspaces can upload images and PDFs only. Hobby and Pro support more media types.

Storage Limit Reached

Open Usage to see how much space is used. Delete files you no longer need or upgrade to a larger plan.

Project Limit Reached

Free includes one project, Hobby includes five, and Pro includes unlimited projects. Delete an unused project or upgrade before creating another.

Delivery Paused

Public delivery pauses when the current month's included delivery and prepaid delivery are both exhausted. Open Billing to add a 10GB, 50GB, or 100GB delivery bundle. Purchased delivery carries over and waits until included monthly delivery runs out.

API Key Does Not Work

Make sure you copied the full key when it was created. Stashr only shows plaintext API keys once.

Check that the key is active and has the scope your integration needs. Revoke and recreate the key if it may have been exposed.

API Request Rejected

API errors return an error message and can include a stable code or validation issues. A request without projectSlug or projectId returns PROJECT_REQUIRED.

If the response is 429, wait for the Retry-After duration before retrying. External API requests are limited to 300 per minute, mutations to 120 per minute, and uploads to 30 per minute.

Clean Link Does Not Load

Confirm the asset still exists. Clean links stop working after an asset or project is deleted.

If the clean link returns a delivery allowance error, add prepaid delivery in Billing or wait for the next monthly allowance.
