These terms govern access to and use of Stashr.

Stashr is provided by Manx Digital, 8 Kirby Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 1PA. Legal notices can be sent to support@stashr.dev.
Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping login details, sessions, and API keys secure.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including activity through API keys.
Workspaces And Assets
Uploads must belong to a project. You are responsible for files, metadata, tags, folder paths, API keys, public delivery URLs, and other content created in your workspace.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, store, process, and publish each asset through Stashr.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not use Stashr to distribute malware, credential harvesters, unsolicited messages, or material that attacks or disrupts other systems.
- Do not probe, overload, scrape, bypass limits, reverse engineer, or interfere with Stashr or its providers.
- Do not share API keys publicly or embed private keys in browser or mobile client code.
Plans, Billing, And Delivery
Free includes one project, 1GB storage, 1GB monthly delivery, and image/PDF uploads. Hobby includes five projects, 10GB storage, 20GB monthly delivery, and all supported media. Pro includes unlimited projects, 100GB storage, 100GB monthly delivery, and all supported media.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscription access may change if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or a plan is downgraded.
Extra delivery is prepaid through one-time delivery bundles. Purchased delivery credits sit in a separate pot, carry across billing months, and are consumed only after the current month's included delivery runs out.
Public delivery may pause when a workspace has used its included monthly delivery and has no prepaid delivery remaining.
Public Links
Delivery URLs are designed for publishing and embedding. Anyone with a delivery URL can access the asset while it remains available. Delete the asset or project if a public delivery URL should stop working.
Service Changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, limits, providers, or pricing where needed to improve the service, protect the platform, respond to provider changes, or comply with law.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if there is suspected misuse, security risk, payment failure, legal risk, provider abuse, or breach of these terms. You may stop using Stashr at any time.
Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of your uploaded assets. You grant Stashr and its providers the permissions needed to host, copy, process, optimize, transform, display, transmit, and deliver those assets as part of the service.
Stashr software, design, documentation, branding, and service materials belong to Manx Digital or its licensors.
Support
Support is provided through the support page and by email at support@stashr.dev. Response times are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimers
Stashr is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free delivery, permanent availability of external providers, or that the service will meet every requirement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manx Digital is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data caused by user actions, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as Stashr changes. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Stashr after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man unless mandatory law gives you additional rights in your location.
