Stashr gives teams a structured DAM for images, PDFs, video, documents, and clean asset links, with project folders and usage visibility built in.
Basics
- Use the dashboard to manage projects, uploads, folders, usage, billing, and API keys.

Core Concepts
| Concept | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Your private Stashr account area. |
| Project | A required container for every upload. There are no root uploads. |
| Folder | A path inside a project, such as brand/launch. |
| Asset | A stored file with metadata, a delivery URL, and a readable public path. |
| API key | A private key for connecting Stashr to your site, app, CMS, or backend. |

Extra delivery is prepaid with 10GB, 50GB, and 100GB bundles. Purchased delivery sits in a separate pot, carries over month to month, and is only used after the monthly allowance runs out.
